Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the OrdersFlow website, web platform, and Chrome browser extension (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted Use
1.1 Intended Purpose
The Service is designed to help individual Shopify merchants automate the transfer of shipment details into the Aramex Store-to-Door portal. You may use the Service solely for this intended purpose, in connection with your own legitimate ecommerce business.
1.2 Personal Business Use
Your subscription licence is for use by a single individual for their own business operations. You may use the Service to process shipments for orders that belong to your own Shopify store.
1.3 One Store Per Licence
Each subscription and licence key covers a single Shopify store, with no limit on the number of shipments or orders you may process for that store. A separate subscription is required for each additional store, and a single licence key may not be used across multiple stores. Sharing a licence key so that it is used on more than one store is a violation of this policy.
1.4 Compliance with Platform Terms
You agree to use the Service in compliance with the terms of service of Shopify and Aramex. Any use of the Service that violates those platforms' terms is a violation of this AUP.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Unauthorised Access
You may not use the Service to access Shopify or Aramex accounts that you are not authorised to access, or to process orders on behalf of third parties without appropriate authorisation.
2.2 Automated or Bulk Exploitation
You may not use the Service with automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service at a volume that exceeds normal human usage patterns, or in any way that places an unreasonable load on our systems or third-party platforms.
2.3 Scraping and Data Extraction
You may not use the Service, or any component of it, to scrape, harvest, or extract data from Shopify, Aramex, or any other platform beyond what is necessary for the normal operation of the extension's stated functionality.
2.4 Resale and Service Bureau
You may not use the Service to provide fulfilment automation services to third parties, operate a service bureau, or otherwise allow others to benefit from your subscription licence.
2.5 Circumventing Security
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service, including authentication mechanisms, access controls, or licence validation systems.
2.6 Unlawful Use
You may not use the Service in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to processing shipments for goods that are prohibited by South African law or the laws of the jurisdiction of the intended recipient.
2.7 Interference with the Service
You may not take any action that interferes with the normal operation of the Service, including introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities in the extension or web platform.
2.8 Misrepresentation
You may not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or misrepresent the source of any communication sent through or in connection with the Service.
3. Enforcement
3.1 Monitoring
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP. We will not access the content of your Shopify orders or Aramex shipments, as this data is processed locally in your browser and does not transit our servers.
3.2 Consequences of Violation
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately and without notice;
- Refuse to refund any prepaid subscription fees;
- Take any other action we consider appropriate, including reporting the conduct to relevant authorities.
3.3 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to us at support@ordersflow.co.za.
3.4 Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
